These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and guidelines that apply to all bookings made with Halleys Tour and Travels, a registered travel agency under the Tourism Department of Jammu and Kashmir (Regd. No: JKEA00000038) and GST No: 01DDNPA4349K1ZM.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation from Halleys Tour and Travels.
  • Final payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour.

2. Payment Policy

  • Advance payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any authorized payment link shared by our team.
  • Any pending balance must be cleared before the start of the trip.
  • Prices mentioned on our website or shared over WhatsApp/email are subject to change based on availability and seasonal rates.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date are eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service charges).
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour are non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, etc.) and any required permits for restricted areas in Kashmir.
  • Halleys Tour and Travels will assist in obtaining permits wherever required but holds no liability for delays caused by documentation issues.

5. Itinerary & Changes

  • All itineraries are planned carefully for destinations such as Gulmarg, Srinagar, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam.
  • However, the company reserves the right to alter itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns without prior notice.
  • Any unused service or facility due to unforeseen reasons will not be refunded.

6. Liability & Responsibility

  • Halleys Tour and Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, transport services, and local operators.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during travel, including delays, natural disasters, or third-party negligence.
  • Travelers are advised to have personal travel insurance before commencing their trip.

7. Behavior & Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful conduct throughout the journey.
  • Any illegal activity or violation of local laws will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Governing Law

  • All disputes are subject to Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir jurisdiction only.
